TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By paying the non-refundable booking fee to Elegant Bridal, you confirm that you and all members of your bridal party receiving hair and/or makeup services accept the following terms and conditions.

 

Booking & Payment

 

A non-refundable booking fee is required secure your wedding date in the technician’s diary, which will retracted from your final balance. Your date will not be held without this payment, and the remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days before the wedding. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required upfront. Once you receive a final confirmation from Elegant Bridal, your wedding date is officially secured. Trial appointments must be prepaid via the salon's website.

Cancellations & Amendments

​

The booking fee is non-refundable, for individual cancellations within the bridal party, as it compensates for time reserved for your booking. Cancellations within 60 days of the will incur full charges, while cancellations prior to that will be refunded minus the booking fee. Any changes to the bridal party size or booking details must be made at least 60 days before the wedding; after this, full payment for the original services will still be required. In the unlikely event that Elegant Bridal must, we will attempt to find a trusted replacement artist, and if unsuccessful, a full refund, including the booking fee, will be processed within 7 working days.

 

Refusal & Non-Payment

 Elegant Bridal reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment fails, incorrect information is provided, the booking fee is not received, or if communication with the client cannot be maintained.

Health & Safety

​

Clients must inform the technician of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions before services begin. Every effort will be made during consultations and trials discuss desired styles and ensure the suitability of all products. The technician is not liable for any reactions or conditions resulting from products used prior to the appointment.

Photography & Content Usage

By booking with Elegant Bridal, you allow the use of photos and videos of your hair and/or makeup (and your party) from the trial and wedding day for social media, website galleries, and marketing. All imagery will be used respectfully and for promotional purposes. If you not wish for your images to be used, please notify Gaynor in writing before your wedding.

Data Protection
 

 Personal information collected will be used solely for communication, invoicing, and booking management. Your will be securely stored and never shared with third parties, with all deleted after your wedding date to ensure confidentiality. By proceeding with your booking and paying the non-refundable booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
