TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ

By booking and paying non refundable booking fee with Elegant Bridal Hairstyling, you agree that you and all members of your bridal party, having their hair styled and makeup by the technician, are covered by the following terms and conditions.

• A £50 non-redundable booking fee is required to hold the wedding date in the technicicans diary. This will come off Wedding date cost.

• To confirm the date of your wedding a non-refunable booking fee is payable from initial enquiry, no date is held without this payment. The remaining balance should be paid by the final 14 days prior to the date of your wedding. Any last-minute bookings (i.e. with 30 days or less until the date of your event) is payable in full up-front to secure your booking.

• Once your booking is confirmed via final confirmation email sent by Elegant Bridal Hairstyling your wedding date is secured in the technicians diary.

• Payment for any Trial is to be paid upfront prior to trial via salon website.

• The wedding day booking fee is non-refundable for all cancellations both individually or as a whole booking, as due to the nature of the business it is difficult to fill the allocated time slot at short notice.

• This includes members of the bridal party who no longer wish to have hair styled on wedding day.

• In the very rare occurrence where Elegant Bridal Hairstyling has to cancel the date of your event, either a hair stylist/makeup artist with similar style and technique will be sourced to complete the job, or if another hair stylist/makeup artist is unavailable, a full refund (including booking fee) will be payable back to the client within 7 working days from date of cancellation.

• The technician reserves the right to refuse/cancel a booking if a payment does not clear in bank; the correct is not given by the client at the time of booking; contact cannot be made; deposit is not paid within 14 days of booking confirmation.

• Every effort is made during the consultation process, and trial, to agree an overall style and to ensure that there are no reactions to any of the products used by the technician. The technician therefore accepts no liability for any reactions caused to the client. As every effort is made during consultation process to agree a style for the wedding day or condition of the hair/skin caused by products used by the client previous to the technician styling the hair/makeup on the wedding day.

• All bookings must be cancelled by the client before 60 days prior to the date of the wedding, in which case a full refund, less the deposit, will be refunded. Any cancellation by the client 60 days or less before the date of the wedding will incur full charge.

• It is the clients responsibility to make the artist/technician aware of any allergies, skin conditions & sensitivity. The artist/technician accepts no responsibility or liability for any adverse effects of any products used.

• Any deductable changes to booking must be made prior to 60 days of your date, if out of the 60 days then full payment of agreed booking must be made.

• Information collected from you (on you or those you gift to) will be stored safely and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payments. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. All records are destroyed after wedding date.
